This packing workshop consists of 100-1000ml round bottle filling line; 5/10/20L bucket filling line and 200Kg barrel filling line.

100-1000ml round bottle packing line: this line consists of automatic bottle unscrambler,piston filling machine,automatic cap feeder,capping machine,check-weigher,buffer turntable, automatic labeling, artificial set of film, electrical heating contraction, packing, automatic box checked weight (unqualified outage alarm), automatic sealing, packaging, manual pallet.

5/10/20L barrel filling machine:the barrel feed on the barrel by hand on the conveying line, automatic weighing filling, automatic capping cover, single bucket line check-weighing, unqualified removed, put the automatic box pack floor, put artificial spacer plate, automatic sealing packaging, automatic stacking (manual tray placed in the specified location), the code is good artificial transporters; not boxed delivery directly from the barrel to the rear position packer palletizing position.

200kg plastic drum filling line: manually open the covers then place in the empty bucket conveyor line, automatically transported to the double-headed barrel filling position, automatic alignment barrel mouth, automatic filling,go through conveying roller conveyor to detect the position of the secondary weighing, weight biased stop alarm, manual processing, artificial cap, choose the right cover to the rear end transport pallet location code, manually placed in the tray specified location on each pallet code 4 barrel, after a good artificial transfer code storage. The whole line adopts centralized control cabinet centralized control of each machine and the position of the chain action.
