3# line -- 10-20L packaging line (800 bottles / hour)

This line is an oil filling line developed according to the urgent needs of oil enterprises at present. The line is designed in three floors. The bottle blowing machine on the third floor supplies bottles and cartons, the second floor is for filling and sealing +carton packing, and the robot on the first floor shares palletizing machine.

Three floors automatic empty bottle blowing machine + clamping empty bottle conveying + automatic weighing and filling + automatic capping + light inspection + sleeve label shrinking machine + (more than 5L specifications are equipped with automatic lifting ring pressing machine) + bottle inkjet + automatic erector + carton clamping and conveying to the second floor + automatic packing + carton weight checking and reject + carton sealing machine + finished product unpowered screw conveyor + robot palletizing machine + finished product palletizing + finished product pallet out of warehouse.

The empty bottle is equipped with dust cover to prevent dust from entering the barrel

The whole line is designed with self-lubricating system, so the noise is low in production and operation.
