The whole line includes: Loading barrel lifting platform, clamping conveyor, automatic bottle washing machine, automatic filling and capping machine, automatic label shrinking machine, automatic labeling machine, automatic laser inkjet printer, automatic carton erector, automatic carton packing machine, automatic online weight checking system, automatic carton sealing machine, automatic power screw conveyor, automatic pallet conveyor, automatic servo palletizer system.

Introduction: the workshop adopts a two-floors building structure. The first floor is divided into two parts, namely, packaging material warehouse and finished product temporary storage warehouse. The layout of the assembly line is that the bottles on the first floor are clamped and washed on the second floor, and then the bottles are filled and sealed in the clean room. After the cover is sealed, it goes out of the clean room in turn to label sleeve, label, erector and carton packing/ sealing. After sealing, there is power screw conveying to the first floor for stacking and warehousing.

Advantages: the whole line is beautiful and clean, humanized design, easy to operate.

The whole line is designed with self-lubricating system, so the noise is low in production and operation.
