Project Introduction:

This solution is a lithium battery cathode material packaging workshop customized by Jiangsu Tom Group for Dangsheng Technology, consisting of 10 high-precision ton bag packaging machines.

 The system is based on METTLER TOLEDO's load cell technology, combined with more than 20 years of packaging experience in the chemical industry of Tom Group, and uses PLC programmable computer program controller, frequency conversion governor and other electronic control, so that the system has strong control ability and high degree of automation.

 Equipment process: pallet → hook to launch → bagging, hanging belt→ hook reset→ peeling→ bag lifting→ filling feeding→ degassing→ vibration leveling→ dust removal→ filling and metering completion→ decoupling→ double weighing conveyor→ vacuum sealing→ cache conveying→ AGV transfer.
