Project Introduction:

This project is a "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" project of epoxy resin packaging customized by Jiangsu Tom Group for Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd. In order to cooperate with the transformation of Class C warehouses and packaging rooms, and at the same time improve the packaging capacity of existing devices, the construction of epoxy resin packaging safety and intelligent workshop transformation. The project dismantled the original semi-automatic filling machine and adopted a new fully automatic filling machine to reduce manual participation in the filling process, improve production efficiency, and save labor costs. Two new intelligent filling lines have been added, including a 208L vat filling line and a 20L keg filling line. After completion, it will realize: small barrel size (20L/barrel) production capacity: 720 barrels/h, large barrel specification (208L/barrel) production capacity: 75 barrels/h; At the same time, a 208L empty barrel intelligent library, AGV trolley automatic turnover and intelligent MES system have also been added. Among them, MES information integrated control system, network, data communication, logistics traceability, monitoring and other advanced technologies to realize the mechanization of empty drum filling operations, information transmission networking, and safety monitoring visualization.
