4. Powder processing and blanking adopt double screw mixer, the blanking port is connected with the automatic weighing system of the packaging machine, which can adapt to the diverse needs of solid automatic packaging.

5. The logistics and pedestrian flow channels are designed separately, and the air shower door is used to prevent cross-contamination. 

Liquid workshop layout:

1. The main equipment is vertically arranged, the process flow is smooth, and there are no dead ends.

2. During the production process, raw and auxiliary materials are automatically transported to the feeding area using the three-dimensional warehouse. The whole process is closed without dust exposure, minimizing dust generation.

3. The pipeline in the processing process is short, the pump is used less or try not to do so, and the bottom of the pot can be cleaned through artesian flow. Set up a cleaning ball to achieve an all-round cleaning effect without dead ends.

4. The whole process adopts an automatic cleaning system, which is suitable for quickly switching products and preventing the risk of cross-contamination.
