Filling line including: Fully automatic depalletizer, magnetic belt conveyor, magnetic can washing and drying machine, filling machine, capping machine, cleaning spray-blow-drying monoblock machine (clean water), cage loading and unloading system, sterilization kettle, cleaning spray Blow-drying machine (alkaline water first and then clean water second), automatic cage loading machine, AGV trolley, automatic cage unloading machine, automatic labeling machine, inkjet printer, automatic capping machine, automatic capping machine, all Automatic laminating machine, twisting auger turning device, automatic unpacking machine, automatic packing machine, automatic sealing machine, inkjet printer, stacker, robot palletizer, buffer conveyor, etc.

Brief Introduction: After being unloaded by the depalletizer, the bottles are transported to the filling room by magnetic conveying and climbing for washing, drying, filling and sealing. After completion, they pass through the cage loading and unloading system (bottles enter the cage loading part first, each Put one layer and one layer of partitions to fill a cage and then take out the cage, send it to the sterilization kettle by a trolley, and then send it to the cage unloading machine by a trolley after completion, unload a layer of bottles, and take a partition) After unloading, the bottles go through a spray cleaning machine (cleaned with alkaline water first, then cleaned with clean water), blow-dried, and re-caged.

 

Each layer is placed with partitions, and the AGV trolley will send it to the temporary storage for 7 days; After 7 days, the AGV trolley will automatically take it out, unload the bottle through the cage unloading machine, and recover the partitions. The chain conveyor will send the bottles to the labeling machine for labeling. After the labeling is completed, code spraying, pressing the outer cap, and carton erecting, carton packing, carton sealing, automatic palletizing, after the palletizing is completed, manually use a forklift to send it to the temporary storage.

Advantages: The whole line has a high degree of automation, only 5-6 people are required to supply packaging materials, and the assembly line can be inspected. The transportation of the cage is all performed by the AGV. The equipment has a data transmission interface and can be connected to the factory MES system. The center is operated and put into production, which is a model of smart factory.
