Gravity filling machine is characterized by its automatic controlled by PLC , touch screen control panels ,and high-quality stainless steel frames ,easy operating ,easy maintaining ,little noise , long service life element , high reliability , accurate precise and so on .especially the machine filling speed is very fast without any leakage . The outer part and all the components that will get touch with the filling material are made of SUS304 type stainless steel .

This allows for continuous operation, significantly increasing output compared to in-line machines. Stations typically include: Container Infeed, Filling, and Discharge.

Standard Workflow

  1. Container Infeed: Empty containers are singulated and conveyed onto the rotary indexing table.

  2. Indexing & Positioning: The rotary table indexes (rotates and stops), precisely positioning each container under a filling nozzle.

  3. Filling Cycle:

    • The container is lifted (or the nozzle is lowered) to create a seal and minimize splash.

    • The PLC sends a signal to open the solenoid valve for the exact pre-set time.

    • Product flows by gravity from the overhead supply tank into the container.

    • The valve closes, and the filling nozzle retracts.

  4. Discharge: The filled container is moved to the discharge station and transferred onto an outfeed conveyor for capping and labeling.
