This agrochemicals filling machine has been certified as jiangsu province new and high technologic product. This type is the most advanced rotary filling machine for liquid in our country . and one of our patented products . Patent number is 200120080670.0 International famous brand electrical and pneumatic components is used in this machine.
Gravity filling machine is characterized by its automatic controlled by PLC , touch screen control panels ,and high-quality stainless steel frames ,easy operating ,easy maintaining ,little noise , long service life element , high reliability , accurate
precise and so on .especially the machine filling speed is very fast
without any leakage . The outer part and all the components that will get touch with the filling material are made of SUS304 type stainless steel .
The type is best suitable for gas (carbonated ) products . Like beverage /bottle water , juices , alcohol , sauces , edible oils ,aswell as for fine chemcial , emulsion ,pesticide , etc . It’s the best choice for large or medium scale enterprises . This machine also reaches the requirement GMP standard.
Key Features & Technological Advantages
High-Precision Time Gravity Filling: Utilizes high-resolution timers to control solenoid valves. This method is ideal for free-flowing liquids and provides excellent accuracy (±0.5% or better) without the complexity and potential contamination of pump systems.
Advanced Computer Control (PLC + HMI):
PLC: The industrial-grade programmable logic controller is the machine's brain. It ensures reliable operation, seamless coordination of all movements, and allows for recipe storage for different products and container sizes.
Touchscreen HMI: Provides an intuitive interface for operators to set parameters (fill time, speed), monitor production counts, diagnose faults, and change recipes with a few touches. The system can log production data for traceability.
Rotary Indexing Platform: The gravity filling machine features a circular table (carousel) that rotates containers through various stations. This allows for continuous operation, significantly increasing output compared to in-line machines. Stations typically include: Container Infeed, Filling, and Discharge.
Agrochemical-Specific Design:
Corrosion Resistance: Critical components in contact with the liquid (filling valves, nozzles, product tank) are constructed from stainless steel (e.g., SS304 or SS316) or other corrosion-resistant materials to withstand aggressive chemical formulations.
Drip-Free Nozzles: Specialized nozzles retract after filling to prevent dripping and product contamination on the container threads or exterior, which is crucial for user safety and clean packaging.
Easy-Clean Design (Optional): Sanitary design with minimal crevices and quick-release parts to facilitate cleaning and changeover between different products.
Automatic Operation: The gravity filling machine
system is fully automated. Empty containers are fed onto the rotary table via an infeed conveyor, are positioned under the filling nozzles, filled to the preset level, and then discharged onto an outfeed conveyor.
No Container, No Fill Sensor: Photoelectric sensors detect the presence of a container at each filling station. If a container is missing, the corresponding filling valve does not open, preventing product waste and spills.
Typical Technical Specifications
(Note: These are typical ranges; exact specifications vary by model.)
Filling Range: Typically from 50 ml up to 5 liters or more, depending on the nozzle size and timing settings.
Filling Accuracy: Generally within ±0.5% of set volume.
Number of Filling Heads: Configurable, commonly from 6 to 24 heads, directly impacting speed.
Production Speed: Varies with container size and number of heads. Typical range: 20 to 60+ containers per minute (CPM).
Power Supply: Customized to the local standard (e.g., 220V/380V, 50/60Hz).
Pneumatic Air Pressure: Requires a clean, dry air supply at 0.6 - 0.8 MPa (6-8 bar).
Construction Materials: Frame: Carbon steel with epoxy paint. Product Contact Parts: Stainless Steel 304/316.
Standard Workflow
Container Infeed: Empty containers are singulated and conveyed onto the rotary indexing table.
Indexing & Positioning: The rotary table indexes (rotates and stops), precisely positioning each container under a filling nozzle.
Filling Cycle:
The container is lifted (or the nozzle is lowered) to create a seal and minimize splash.
The PLC sends a signal to open the solenoid valve for the exact pre-set time.
Product flows by gravity from the overhead supply tank into the container.
The valve closes, and the filling nozzle retracts.
Discharge: The filled container is moved to the discharge station and transferred onto an outfeed conveyor for capping and labeling.
Target Applications in Agrochemicals
This gravity filling machine is ideal for filling a wide range of liquid agrochemical formulations:
Herbicides
Insecticides
Pesticides
Fungicides
Liquid Fertilizers
Plant Growth Regulators
Miticides
