Douban sauce bag box line: 420 boxes/hour (5-15kg box);

 Assembly line composition: fully automatic bag filling and sealing machine, screw hoist, fully automatic box unpacking machine, bag packing machine, fully automatic box sealing machine, large character inkjet printer, fully automatic packing machine, fully automatic palletizer.

 Introduction: After manually placing a roll of film bag on a fully automatic bag filling and sealing machine, the equipment will automatically pull the bag, make the bag, seal the back, seal, fill, exhaust, seal and exit the bag. After the filling and sealing bag is climbed to the specified height through the hill climbing conveyor (climbing the hill to get out the logistics channel) and then descending through the screw conveyor to enter the boxing position. The unboxing machine will automatically unbox, and the opened box enters the box to be packed, and then bag packing is carried out. The qualified products are automatically entered into the capping machine for capping (the capping machine has a crooked capping without a capping device).
