Project Introduction: This project involves the comprehensive construction of a solid pharmaceutical production workshop for Jiangxi Huihe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The primary goal is to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly solid drug production. The workshop measures 72 meters in length and 36 meters in width, spanning four floors. The core production system consists of 16 solid production units and 18 packaging lines. The design incorporates an innovative three-dimensional layout concept, with the production and processing areas vertically distributed on the second, third, and fourth floors. The packaging area is primarily located on the first and second floors, with environmental treatment facilities situated on the roof of the processing area to optimize the process flow and effectively manage dust control and environmental issues.

Workshop layout introduction

Processing area (three-dimensional four-layer structure):

Fourth floor: mainly used as the feeding area and the temporary storage area of the original drug.

The third layer: the main production equipment area and the temporary storage area of raw drugs are arranged.

Second floor: mainly the granulation area and drying area.

Floor 1: The function area is planned (the specific function is not described, which may include auxiliary, power, control or part of temporary storage).

Roof (above the fourth floor): environmental protection devices (such as dust removal and odor removal system) are arranged centrally, which has the advantages of short pipeline route and high processing efficiency.

Packaging area

Second floor: set up ton bag unloading area, ton bag temporary storage area, ton bag feeding area and bag material temporary storage area.

First floor: the packaging line (including the original 7 lines and other packaging lines, a total of 18 lines) and the finished product temporary storage area are arranged centrally.
