The machines layout in three-floor workshop:

Thrid floor: For the storage of packing materials , with one worker in charge of feeding bottles and cartons. It is composed of automatic bottle feeder, gripper-type conveyor,  carton erector, carton-dropping tunnel.

Second floor: For filling and packaging, with one worker incharge of machines operation and maintenance . It is composed of automatic weighing filling machine, rotary capping machine, induction sealer, inkjet printer, case packer , case checkweigher, carton sealer, spiral conveyor and general controlling cabinet,etc.

First floor : For finished product palletizing and storage, with just one worker for transporting pallets and carton pallets.  It is composed of roller conveyor, pallet dispenser, robot palletizer, etc. If conditions allow, building automated warehouse to achieve overall solution of lubricant packaging.
