The reform project for old filling line: capacity: 320 tons/day.

1L-4L lubricants oil filling line, composed of auto bottle feeding platform, auto filler, auto capper, induction sealer, auto printer, manually carton packer and auto carton sealer. The speed is about 1500 bottles per hour, the whole filling line can be easily done by 2-3 persons.

18L lubricants oil filling line, composed of manul pail feeding platform, auto weighing filler, auto cap presser, printer, auto labeler and manual palletizer. The speed is about 500 pails/hour, the whole filling line can be easily done by 2 persons.

200L lubricants oil filling line, composed of drum feeding conveyor, automatic double heads weight filler which can auto drum feeding, filling and drum outlet, the capping station adopts manual pneumatic capping type, after capping, the forklift will carry it on truck, the speed is about 80 drums per hour.
