Shandong Tongfang overall solution project introduction
This project is a comprehensive solution tailored for the production of liquid (or suspension) pesticides or chemicals by Shandong Tongfang. The core objective is to achieve highly automated, enclosed, and clean production processes. The solution emphasizes advanced technologies and control methods, including automatic feeding, enclosed conveying, multi-stage grinding, independent thickening preparation, and automatic filling, to enhance production efficiency, ensure product quality, improve the working environment, and meet environmental protection standards.
The specific process is as follows:
(1)According to the formula, deionized water, co-solvent, and enhancer are sequentially fed into the mixing vessel through pneumatic valves and weighing modules, ensuring uniform stirring.
(2) The original drug is then added, maintaining a uniform dispersion throughout the mixing process.
(3) All mixed raw materials are sequentially passed through a coarse sand mill and a fine sand mill.
(4) Thickening solution preparation: the thickener, bactericide, and part of the deionized water are mixed and sheared, prepared, and stored for later use.
(5) Finished product mixing process: the sand-milled material is transferred to the finished product mixing vessel. A defoamer is added through the top feed port, and stirring is performed. The prepared thickener is then added from the top feed port to the mixing vessel, stirred until it is thoroughly mixed with xanthan gum, and samples are taken for analysis.
(6) Automatic filling and packaging.
(7) The workshop is equipped with three centralized control cabinets, which control all motors, pumps, and valves. These cabinets have remote and local switches, allowing for on-site operation in local mode and central control room operation in remote mode. The workshop also has one PLC cabinet, which receives all control signals and weighing signals for motors, pumps, and valves, and communicates them to the central control room monitoring computer. This allows for real-time monitoring of the workshop's equipment status and production plan execution from the central control room computer.
