2. Liquid material design capacity: 20L per barrel, 400 barrels per hour. Total production of 20000 tons per year (250 days x 12 hours)

3. Powder design capacity: approximately 16-24kg per pack, 400 packs per hour. The total output is 24000 tons per year (250 days x 12 hours)

4. Liquid material process flow: Automatic barrel sorting and loading machine → Automatic weighing and reassembly machine → Automatic lid and capping (including lid feeding device) → Weighing and removal → Reserved labeling machine → Waiting conveyor → Robot palletizing unit (shared with home decoration line) pallet warehouse → Automatic film wrapping → Forklift into the warehouse.

5. Powder processing flow: automatic bag sorting and bagging → valve bag filling machine → automatic packaging → shaping and dust removal machine → double-layer pressure packaging → weighing and removal → robot palletizing unit → pallet warehouse → automatic wrapping film → forklift storage.
