Medium package (5-10L, 2800BPH) (round bottle/square bottle)

This line is a grease filling line developed according to the urgent needs of oil enterprises at present. This line is designed for three layers, the bottle blowing machine on the third floor is for bottle supply and carton supply, the second layer is for filling and sealing + packing, and the first layer is for double line robot palletizing machine.

Production line flow scheme :

Three layers automatic empty bottle of bottle blowing machine + clamping empty bottle conveying, automatic weighing filling + automatic screw cap capping + light inspection + sleeve labeling machine, automatic adhesive labeling machine + printing + automatic carton machine +carton gripping delivery carton to second floor + automatic carton packing + carton weight checker and reject +carton sealing machine+ finished product power spiral conveyer, robot palletizing + Finished product pallet EX-warehouse.

Advantages:

Three-layer design, logistics area is clearly divided (empty bottles and cartons are supplied from the third layer, packed from the second layer and stacking from the first layer).
