Project Introduction:

This project is a pesticide formulation relocation project - an EPCM project for 40000 tons/year granular and water-based pesticide formulations and supporting facilities, created by Tom Engineering Design Company. The overall investment of the project is tens of millions.

Workshop Introduction:

The workshop consists of a Class C production workshop and a three-dimensional warehouse, which integrates the production and storage of glyphosate preparations. The processing workshop has 4 floors and a workshop size of 34 * 40 meters. The three-dimensional warehouse workshop has a total of 2500 stacking positions.

Project features:

1. Adopting a three-dimensional continuous production process, the process is automated, and the technology is mature and advanced.

2. The workshop equipment and electrical components are selected and designed according to the requirements of Class A workshop standards, in compliance with national regulations.

3. Process automation enables intelligent control of production technical parameters such as temperature, pressure, material level, and flow rate.

4. A tail gas treatment system that complies with national standards, with multi-stage dust and odor removal treatment, and meets emission standards.

5. A dedicated production cleaning system that solves the rapid cleaning of production equipment and pipeline switching products.
