Project Introduction:

This project is a new pesticide formulation factory project - Runnong is a manufacturing base of Runfeng Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, which is a workshop producing 10000 tons of high-end formulation products annually. 

Workshop Introduction:

The workshop is 71 meters long, 21 meters wide, and 23.5 meters high. The main production facilities include 2 sets of WP, 3 sets of WG, and 3 sets of SC production lines. The products in this workshop are all selective herbicides, separated by solid walls with independent pedestrian and logistics channels, effectively controlling cross contamination of the products and ensuring their safety.

The workshop layout consists of four floors, with the fourth floor mainly serving as the feeding area and material storage area. The third floor is mainly for the compounding area and sanding area for liquid preparations, and the crushing area and mixing area for solid preparations. The second floor is mainly for the packaging material storage area for liquid preparations, and the drying area and finished product discharge area for solid preparations; The first floor is the packaging line and finished product storage area.

Project features:

The overall layout of the workshop adopts a high-low elevation layout, which effectively improves production efficiency, reduces the cost of power equipment, and also reduces workshop land use.
