Automatic weighing filling machine for paint is a high-precision, efficient and intelligent filling equipment specially designed for the paint, coating, ink and other liquid chemical industries. It integrates automatic feeding, accurate weighing, quantitative filling, and automatic capping (optional) into one, effectively solving the problems of low manual filling efficiency, large weighing error, material waste and environmental pollution, and greatly improving the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises.


Features of Automatic Weighing Filling Machine

  • High Precision Weighing: Adopts high-sensitivity load cell and advanced digital weighing controller, with weighing accuracy up to ±0.1%, which can ensure the consistency of each barrel of paint filling volume, avoid underfilling or overfilling, and reduce material loss and customer complaints.

Working Principle

The automatic weighing filling machine adopts the weighing and filling mode based on gravity. First, the operator places the empty barrel on the weighing platform, and the system resets the weight. Then, the PLC control system sends an instruction to start the feeding pump, and the paint is transported to the filling nozzle and injected into the empty barrel. During the filling process, the load cell real-time detects the weight of the barrel and paint, and transmits the data to the weighing controller. When the weight reaches the preset value, the controller immediately stops the feeding pump and closes the filling nozzle to complete a filling cycle. The whole process is fast, accurate and automatic, without manual intervention in weighing and filling.
