Tare Weight (Optional): The empty container is weighed on the scale, and its weight is recorded.
Container Positioning: The container is positioned under the filling nozzle.
Two-Stage Filling:
Bulk Fill: The valve opens fully for a rapid fill, typically up to 90-95% of the target weight.
Dribble Fill: The valve switches to a fine stream for the final top-up, precisely reaching the target net weight.
Weight Verification & Discharge: The gross weight is confirmed, and the filled container is released to the discharge conveyor.
