Function and Principle

The primary function of the DGP-CZ is to automatically fill liquid pesticides (such as emulsifiable concentrates, suspensions, soluble liquids, etc.) into various containers (bottles, cans, jerricans) with exceptional weight-based accuracy.

• Operating Principle: It employs a Gross Weight Filling Method. The container to be filled is placed on a high-precision load cell (weighing scale) beforethe filling cycle begins. The machine then dispenses the product until the combined weight of the container and the product reaches the pre-set target value. This method automatically compensates for minor variations in container weight, ensuring unparalleled filling accuracy.
