Project Introduction:

This project is a new pesticide formulation factory project - a 50,000-ton/year granular and aqueous pesticide formulation and supporting facilities project - EPCM project meticulously designed by Tom Engineering Design Company. The overall investment of this project amounts to 40 million.

Workshop Introduction:

The workshop consists of three sets of suspension agent production equipment and four packaging lines, including two bottled product packaging lines and two bagged product packaging lines. The workshop consists of three floors, with production equipment arranged on the second and third floors, and four packaging lines arranged on the first floor. The workshop size is 53 * 25 meters.

Project features:

The entire workshop is reasonably divided into two main areas: processing and packaging. The processing area is on the third floor and the main equipment (preparation kettle) area is on the third floor; The second floor is for sanding and filtering areas, and the overall layout adopts a high-low elevation difference arrangement, which effectively improves production efficiency, reduces the cost of power equipment, and also reduces workshop land use; The second floor of the packaging area is the temporary storage area for packaging materials, and the first floor is the packaging line. Packaging materials are stored and placed in the same location, saving waste during transportation and making the packaging workshop cleaner. The distance between assembly lines can be greatly reduced, maximizing the use of space.
