This project is a new pesticide formulation factory project - layout of the liquid workshop 

Workshop Introduction:

The layout of the liquid workshop consists of four floors, with the main equipment (preparation kettle) area and material storage area located on the fourth floor; The third floor consists of sand grinding and filtering area, finished product storage area, ton bucket storage area, and personnel storage area Packing area; The second floor is a temporary storage area for packaging materials; The first layer is the packaging line.

The workshop layout consists of four floors, with the fourth floor mainly serving as the feeding area and material storage area. The third floor is mainly for the compounding area and sanding area for liquid preparations, and the crushing area and mixing area for solid preparations. The second floor is mainly for the packaging material storage area for liquid preparations, and the drying area and finished product discharge area for solid preparations; The first floor is the packaging line and finished product storage area.

Project features:

This workshop is designed with a three-dimensional layout, fully utilizing the layout of high and low levels, effectively improving production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and workshop land use.

The liquid workshop consists of 20 sets of production equipment (18 sets of suspension agents and 2 sets of suspension emulsions) and 20 packaging lines. The workshop has 4 floors in total,

Production facilities are arranged on the second, third, and fourth floors, with 8 bagging lines on the third floor and 10 bottling lines on the first floor. The workshop size is 66 * 67 meters.
