This machine is our newest high speed rotary filling machine specially for strong acid and strong alkali in daily chemical industry, this is the most advanced equipment in China, also the one which we have already applied for patent.

This machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, with compact structure, simple transmission, long time of service life of spare parts, convenient maintenance, less wearing parts, low running noise, high filling accuracy, particular fast filling speed and without any liquid drop, it is an ideal filling equipment for various large and medium scale enterprise.

This machine’s frame use stainless steel coated with teflon, the direct liquid contacting parts use non-metal material, have great anti-corrosion performance, machine appearance beautiful, generous, no environmental pollution, in line with the GMP standards.

Refer to the special-shaped bottle in daily chemical industry, this machine adopts bottle pucks to ensure the bottle can moving stable on conveyor, if change bottle specification, just need change the pucks, no need to change any parts on machine, to achieve high efficiency in production.
