This machine is a liner filling machine ,design for plastic bottle’s vacuum setting liquid level, working principle is to first timed normal pressure filling, filling the appropriate part, filling to a certain level, the vacuum start working, the excess material suck backed to material storage cylinder. Materials tank’s seal with vacuum and exhaust ports, vacuum suction part is connected ,reach to one room filling ,reduce the pipe cleaning trouble cause by suction. The whole structure is simple ,easy to operate, apply to GMP food safety requirements.
