Working Principle

The DGP-Z-X rotary piston filling machine operates on a rotary piston filling principle. Containers are fed onto a rotating carousel platform, where they move through various stations. At the filling station, the piston mechanism draws liquid from the storage tank and dispenses it into the containers with precise volume control. The rotary design allows multiple containers to be processed simultaneously, significantly increasing production efficiency compared to inline machines.
