FXZ automatic inline capping machine

Automatic Inline capping machine is a type of packaging machinery designed to automatically apply and tighten caps onto containers as they move in a continuous, straight line on a conveyor. Unlike rotary cappers (like the FXZ-B), which use a circular indexing table, inline cappers process containers in a linear fashion.

Major characteristics

Automatic inline capping machine suitable for various material and figure containers,such as plastic bottles , glass bottle , and metal bottles . If we want to change differents material or figure bottles and caps for tightening , we do not need change any components . We just adjust the position of several components . No bottle ,no cap falling .Sorter selections machine , conveyor machine ,cap tightening machine , bottle clamping strap can be adjusted to meet the requirements for various bottles and caps . The automatic inline capping machine is made of good quality stainless steel , and also reaches GMP standard requirement . (customized for special specification ).

  • Robust Construction: Inline capping machine built from stainless steel (SS304/SS316) for all product-contact parts, ensuring hygiene, durability, and compliance with food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industry standards (GMP, FDA).

  • Integrated Safety & Diagnostics: Includes safety guards, emergency stops, and sensors for detecting missing caps, missing bottles, or torque failures. The machine can automatically stop or reject faulty containers.

  • Single-Head Inline Capper: For low to medium-speed production lines.

  • Multi-Head Inline Capper: Several heads placed in sequence to achieve higher speeds. Each head can be individually adjusted.

  • Multi-Lane Inline Capper: Processes two or more parallel lanes of containers simultaneously, dramatically increasing total output.
